The Sottoriva Evo range of spiral mixers come in a variety of sizes from 130kg to 300kg of dough. With over 70 years of experience, Sottoriva has been designing and manufacturing cutting edge bakery equipment for large and small bakeries, patisseries, and pizzerias around the world.
The Evo series consists of heavy-duty mixers with removable bowls for large scale and industrial use. The machine head is equipped with a special hydraulic lifting device and rotation is belt-driven. The dual-speed rotation spiral can change from low to high mixing speed and stop automatically. Sottoriva’s new self-centring automatic trolley hooking system makes reattaching the bowl a breeze.
