The Fortuna Semi-Automatic bun divider rounder machine has been constantly used in many bakeries for decades.
Due to the solid design and the automatic permanent lubrication, a long service life is ensured.
The Fortuna Semi-Automatic machine perfectly performs the rounding movements from the pressing and cutting production and rounds like the hand of the Baker.
By means of the automatic lifting of the dividing plate up to the greatest moulding deflection, the dough pieces get the space necessary for growing.
All gear parts are running constantly in an oil bath. This procedure ensures extraordinarily quiet operation of the machine.
Due to the ball bearing moulding drive and the automatic permanent lubrication in the gearbox, the energy consumption of the machine is very low.
The dividing unit of the machine can be opened to the left or right for cleaning – as required by the space conditions in the bakery.
