The BIG BOSS SMS-30 is an all-in-one innovative design created to reduce workflow and dramatically speed up production in your bakery, kitchen or production area.

This is completed by slicing a total of 1800 toast loaves per hour, whilst also using the integrated bag blower to open toast bag packages.
Sharpening the blades has never been easier, as there is a built-in sharpener.
