Prover Room (Wheel In)
This Prover Room is constructed with Poly Panel and sliding door tracks for easily wheeling in your bakery racks. Designed for proofing and to be used in conjunction with the Carlyle Humidity Unit.

- Aluminium door tracks
- Takes racks up to 1990mm high
- 50mm thick white cool room ply panel material
- Internal coving and rack bumper strips
- Note: The surface on which the Prover is to be erected must be non-porous and level.
- Extras: Stainless steel floor available
- The ‘Prover 8’ Room requires 2 x humidity units
