The Tagliavini Modular is a unique series of modular ovens with New Electronic Microprocessor Control. From the very beginning, Tagliavini has paid careful attention to detail and craftsmanship and this has become an integral part of the company’s philosophy. Backed by sound production processes and the use of high-quality raw materials Tagliavini specialises in premium ovens that boast high production with low energy consumption.
In spite of the Modular series being specially designed for pastries, buns and flat loaves, thanks to its steam generator it is also suitable for all types of bread products
(from 30g to 2 kg) making it a powerful and versatile option for small bakeries. Each chamber is an independent module holding all electronic check and power controls which makes customising the oven to suit your needs easy.
