Sottoriva Lyra Automatic Bun Divider Rounder

The Sottiriva Lyra range of divider rounders are all high-capacity automatic rounders that can be used as part of a bread plant or on their own. The Lyra gently handles dough thanks to the dosing star system, the dough is compressed in the portion chambers to give you consistent and accurately weighted pieces. Thanks to easily interchangeable chamber setup, the machine can divide in a wide variety of weights. Rounding is done in two phases and you can adjust both the rounding speed and amplitude.
