The Sottoriva Crescent Roll Moulder is a specialist moulder designed to create perfect long rolls, flat rolls, and baguettes. The Crescent Roll moulder is fitted with four rollers for superior quality finished products. The dough passes in sequence through the rolling felt belts working at different speeds and folds over on itself. The resulting bread has a finer texture than even hand-made rolls and is particularly suited to firm doughs. With an infeed conveyor and front and back out trays the Sottoriva Crescent Roll Moulder is compact and highly versatile.
