With simple and user-friendly controls the Silhouette2 slices roughly 300 loaves an hour. The Silhouette2 includes dual slicing system for sandwich and toast thicknesses with a gravity-fed rear chute. Available in a range of slice thicknesses the Silhouette2 also comes with either single and three-phase motors so you can find the machine to suit your shop.
