2nd Hand Enko Conical Rounder

This machine is designed with a Rotating cone & adjustable spiral shaped corrosion
resistant tracks around it. The dough becomes perfectly rounded while moving from
the bottom to the top in the tracks, which are adjustable.
Unlike a traditional dough rounder, a conical dough rounder tightly moulds dough
pieces by stretching the gluten structure in one direction as done by Artisan skilled Bakers.
